At Twisted Sisters Vape Shop, we’re committed to making delivery and shipping easy, reliable, and transparent. To continue offering fast local delivery while rising courier and operating costs increase, we’re updating our local delivery fees. These changes help us maintain the speed and security you expect from us—especially for same-day delivery.

Local Delivery Fee Update (Effective July 8, 2024)

Starting July 8, 2024, local delivery fees will be based on your order total (before delivery):

  • $0–$50: $10 delivery fee

  • $51–$99: $5 delivery fee

  • $100+: FREE local delivery

Delivery fees are calculated using the original purchased amount.

1) Local Delivery (Powered by SI Deliveries)

Available to residents of Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo only.

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off

  • Order must be placed and paid by 5:00 PM to qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery

  • Deliveries arrive between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM

  • Orders placed or paid after 5:00 PM will be delivered next day (5:00 PM–9:00 PM)

  • Excludes Sundays and holidays

Important payment note: EMT payments may delay delivery (especially close to the cut-off time). If you’re ordering near 5:00 PM, please call the store to avoid missing the same-day window.

First-Time Orders & Apartment Deliveries (ID / Receiving Requirements)

To protect customers and prevent failed deliveries:

  • If this is your first order, you must show valid ID before the order can be delivered.

  • If you live in an apartment building, someone must be home to receive the package.

If a delivery is returned to us because ID wasn’t available or nobody was available to receive it:

  • A new delivery fee must be paid before we send it out again, or

  • If delivery can’t be rescheduled, we will refund the order minus the original delivery fee.

Outside the Local Delivery Area

If you select local delivery but your address is outside Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo boundaries, you will have the option to:

  • Pay standard shipping rates, or

  • Cancel your order

  • Free shipping on orders over $65 (subtotal)

Carrier & Processing Time

  • Orders ship via Canada Post (Monday–Friday)

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment leaves the store
    (Orders pulling items from multiple locations may take longer.)

Canada Post options may include:

  • Expedited

  • Xpresspost

  • Priority

These are carrier transit times only and do not include our processing time.

Once the order has left the store, we’re unable to provide additional tracking details beyond what Canada Post updates online—please use your tracking number on the Canada Post tracking site.
