Place your order before 5pm to guarantee SAME-DAY delivery. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out NEXT DAY. Deliveries will arrive between 5-9pm on the same day if you place your order before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will arrive the next day between 5-9pm
IMPORTANT (FIRST-TIME ORDERS OR APARTMENT DELIVERIES): If you live in an apartment building someone must be home to receive the package OR If you are placing an order with us for the first time, a valid ID must be shown before the shipment is delivered, and you must be home to receive the order. If your package gets sent back to us and has to be rescheduled for delivery an additional $5 charge must be paid before the shipment leaves our store again or if the order cannot be rescheduled we will refund the order minus a $5 delivery fee.
If you place an order and select local delivery and you are outside the local delivery area (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo) You will have the option to pay the standard shipping rates or you can cancel your order.

2) SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA (AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA).
Shipping is Free when you spend over $65 (subtotal) Orders ship out with Canada Post. Canada Post operates Monday - Friday. Orders placed may not ship out on the same day. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. (For example: if you place your order on a Thursday, Canada post may pick it up that day or the following day. However, if your order is pulling products from multiple stores there could be an additional delay) Canada Post offers multiple shipping options, Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority. These are the shipping times only, they do not include processing times (1-2 days). We will do our best to ship your orders out as fast as possible. We do not operate with independent drivers (like Amazon, Uber or other similar delivery services). Please use the tracking number provided to track your order online, through Canada Post Tracking Website. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
