Refund Policy
Our top priority is customer service, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase and the support you receive. While we strive for everything to go smoothly, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. However, this doesn’t necessarily reflect the quality of the product, and in most cases, we’re happy to assist in resolving any problems.
14-Day Return Policy
After your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging. If the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will exchange it for the same product. In some cases, exceptions may apply.
Disposable Vape Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened disposable vape products. If you believe your device is defective—such as the battery dying prematurely or not being able to vape all the juice before it stopped working—we will inspect the device. If there is still juice remaining in the device, we may offer a return or a discount on your next purchase. However, if the device is empty, we will not be able to offer a return or discount.
Defects and Issues Within 30 Days (VAPE MOD:Battery Unit only)
If you experience issues or defects within 30 days, we can generally offer an exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card. After 30 days, most vape devices (battery unit only) come with an extended warranty of up to 60 days (this does not include tanks, glass breakage, or coil problems). In most cases, we can immediately offer an exchange or store credit toward the purchase of a new device, if we receive your device within 30days. After 30 days you will be required to submit your device claim directly to the manufacture.
NEW 30-Day In-Store Return Policy for Devices
Our 30-day in-store return policy applies to devices only (tanks are excluded). This warranty covers the following issues:
- Battery problems
- Auto-firing
- Charging issues
- Screen issues (excluding cracks)
- Internal chip or component failures
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper use
- Scratches or damage to the finish or paint
- Normal wear and tear
- Damaged threads
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications, which will void the warranty
If necessary, you may submit a return directly to the manufacturer.
Final Sale Items
Please note that some products are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Ejuice
- Tanks
- Drip tips
- Certain accessories (such as wraps, cotton, wire, rebuildable items)
- Coils, etc.
- Disposables
- Pre-Filled Pods
Flavour Dislikes
Please note that we do not accept returns for products if you simply dislike the flavour. We recommend carefully considering your preferences before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee will apply if an item is returned because it was not picked up from the postal facility. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, and all returns will be issued as store credit.
Underage Purchases
All packages are shipped via Canada Post with Age Verification. If Canada Post is unable to verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province, the package will be returned to us at your expense. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
