Refund Policy

Our number one goal is customer service. So of course we want you to feel confident in the purchase you have made and that you have received the very best customer care. Sometimes things go wrong, this doesn’t mean the item you have purchased isn’t good quality and in most cases we are able to help out when there is a problem. 


Once you have made your purchase, from that point, we offer a 14 day return policy. This policy works only if the product is unopened, in undamaged and original packaging. Or if the product was Dead on Arrival. If the item is DOA we will do an exchange for the exact same item, some exceptions may be made.


All other issues or defects within 30 days (in most cases) can be handle in store with an exchange or in store credit which will be provided in the form of a gift card. After the 30 day there is an extended warranty up to 90 days. We can send your item back to manufacture for a warranty claim. In most cases we can immediately offer an exchange or in store credit to go towards the purchase of a new device. 


Most warranty coverage last 30-90day, some herbal devices offer a 1-2year manufactures warranty. This warranty is not handled in store. You will have to contact the manufacture to start a warranty claim through them, if it goes passed the 90day period.


Your warranty covers the follow; Battery Issues, Auto-firing, charging issues, screen issues (not including cracks), chip or internal issues. 


Your warranty will not cover the follow; damage caused by improper use, damage to the finish or paint, ware and tare due to normal use or aging, damaged threads, loss or theft, unauthorized repair or modifications will immediately void the warranty.


Unfortunately some items are considered final sale and cannot be covered, this includes, ejuice, tanks, drip tips, some accessories (ie wraps, cotton, wire, rebuildable items), coils, etc.


Restocking Fees, a 10% restocking fee on items will happen when an item was not picked up from postal facility and is returned to us. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for shipping cost. A store credit will be issued for all returns.




All packages are shipped through Canada Post using Age Verification. If Canada Post cannot confirm you are the legal age smoking age in your province, items will be shipped back to us at your expense. There will be a 30% restocking fee, no refund will be given for shipping cost.
