These are not made by Arizer, this is a generic "no-name" replacement stainless steel filter screens for the Extreme Q & V-tower.

In the Box:

• SS Dome Filter Screen x5
  

Cleaning:

1. Place screen in HS Cleaning Solution for 5-10mins. 
   
2. Rinse with warm water, let dry before placing back in device.
